This beautiful house located just minutes away from Morning Walk Galleries in Kennebunk, within walking distance to Dock Square in Kennebunkport and 1.5 miles from the beaches.
The Home Security System must be used and a "Personalized Access Code" will be provided to each renter.
The first floor has state-of-the art kitchen with breakfast area, open concept kitchen, living room with stone fireplace (fire place NOT TO BE USED) and formal dining room. There is a screened in porch and outside patio area with stone fire pit. Great for outdoor entertaining.
Second floor has four bedrooms and basement has one bedroom.
1. A master suite with king size bed, new shades for privacy/darken room, and full bathroom.
2. A Second suite with queen size bed, there is a separate room in the suite with a double/full size bed, a with 3/4 bath and separate entrance.

4. A bedroom with two single beds sharing a Jack and Jill full bath.
5. Basement has one twin bed.
Also, on the second floor is a den/office and laundry area. Every bedroom has its own TV with the exception with the room with the two twins and the one twin in the basement.
There is a family room, wet bar area in basement with 3/4 bath, plus surround sound theatre area. There is another bedroom with a twin bed.
PLEASE NOTE: The Wood Stove and Fireplace ARE NOT TO BE USED.
This home has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and ELECTRIC SHADES on the first floor and two car garage.
